Here are our answers to all your questions about our industrial, commercial, office space, end-of-lease, strata and residential cleaning services in South Sydney.
We clean a variety of properties including industrial buildings (warehouses, hard-wearing spaces), commercial areas (retail stores, childcare facilities), office spaces and residential areas. We also do vacate cleaning (pre-sale, post-sale, end-of-lease) and work with strata managers for dependable strata cleaning services. Kristine Klean can clean all types of spaces – and you can trust us to deliver spotless results, every single time.
For residential routine cleans, we service Padstow and surrounding suburbs, extending through to the Sutherland Shire.
For one-off cleans or other cleaning services, feel free to get in touch with us directly. We cover most of the southern and southwestern areas of Sydney and are happy to confirm if we can assist in your location.
At Kristine Klean, we always work around your preferred schedule (as best we can). For residential cleaning, we send out an ETA on the business day before the scheduled cleaning and our team arrives promptly with all the cleaning materials prepared. For commercial and industrial cleans, we can work after hours and on weekends to ensure minimal disruption to your operations.
While we aim to send the same team for regular cleaning services, the specific team members (as well as the number of personnel) may vary based on the cleaning schedule. However, since our team is all trained and handpicked, you can rest assured that neither the number of members of the team sent for your commercial cleaning or residential cleaning needs will affect the quality of service you receive.
Kristine Klean has a personalised approach to cleaning – this means that the pricing of our cleaning services varies based on factors such as the size of the property, the standard of living and the number of occupants, among others. We believe in transparency, so we always provide and discuss bespoke quotes in detail before scheduling your initial and regular cleans.
We require payment on the same day of the cleaning service. For your convenience, we will send you an invoice via email that includes our bank details, including electronic payment options. All of the payment and pricing details will be discussed in detail when we present your contract.
Once we’ve scheduled regular cleaning for your home, store or office spaces, you can request additional services (e.g. deep cleaning or seasonal cleaning) anytime. Just notify our team and we’ll arrange the cleaning schedule accordingly.
We have cleaning supplies that were carefully chosen and rigorously tested, but we are happy to use products that you are comfortable with when cleaning your space. You can give the team instructions on how to use your products, but please note that the price for the cleaning service will remain the same and the Kristine Klean team cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of your selected cleaning products. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the quality, outcome or result of using your own products, because we trust and are specifically trained on our own equipment and cleaning products.
The Kristine Klean team CANNOT move heavy furniture during the cleaning process due to insurance restrictions. We kindly ask you to move around any heavy items before the cleaning schedule if you want our team to clean those areas.
You can stay for the cleaning, but we do not require you to be present during the cleaning. You can either provide us with a key to keep in our safe or give us access on the day of the cleaning while you run errands or spend time with your family.
While we love pets, we ask that you keep them in a secure area during our visit. This helps ensure their safety and allows our team to clean effectively without any distractions.
While our professional cleaning team takes great care when cleaning, we acknowledge that accidents can happen. So, we recommend packing away sentimental and fragile items. You can rest assured, however, that the Kristine Klean team will take responsibility for any negligent breakages that may occur should we fail to comply with our safety procedures.
If you need to cancel your cleaning appointment, kindly inform the Kristine Klean team at least 72 hours before the scheduled cleaning. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in cancellation charges – all of which will be discussed by the team before you sign the contract.
